Kick off with some antioxidants...

With so much of our focus and thought today on "losing weight" and "getting back into shape", many times the health side of it all gets pushed out the window. We beat up our bodies with workout schedules, denial of foods, and "diets"... and might look better for a season... but it never really lasts...

Wouldn't it be nice to simply be in a place where we feel good about our bodies, the food we eat, and how we look? Wouldn't it be nice to just feel healthy?

For years we have heard that we need to consume a higher volume of fruits,veggies, and natural foods. Ideally, we would all have our kitchens full of these things, but with the fast paced lifestyle of today's culture, it is nearly impossible to consume the nutrition our body requires to feel and look good.

While I am not a fan of modern day "dieting" (most people I see do this will deprive themselves for a season, and then jump right back in to previous habits... and right back in to a previous body type and style of living... seems pretty ineffective to me) , I do believe strongly in eating right and taking care of our bodies. With a smart balance of care, exercise, and nutrition, I believe we can be looking and feeling great, and ultimately taking our focus off of our bodies and on to other important things of our day because we finally look and feel like we have always wanted to and can walk confidently.

As you can already tell, this blog is dedicated to studying the benefits of daily using an antioxidant supplement to further nourish our bodies because of the lack of nutrition we receive due to "life in the fast lane".
